BilBeat Privacy Policy

About this policy

BilBeat is developed by M2M1 Tech. This policy describes information handling in the current Android app. For privacy questions, contact development@m2m1.sbs.

Information stored on your device

The app stores unfinished puzzle boards, moves and undo history, completed-board records, workshop drafts, saved designs and names, favourites, milestones, language and haptic settings. You decide what to enter. Personal details are not required to use the main features. Records are stored in the app’s private Android storage so they remain available after restarting.

Information sent elsewhere

The core features do not automatically send your records to the developer. This version has no advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDK, and it does not require an account. If you contact support, your email provider sends the information you choose to include, and the developer uses it to answer your request.

Sharing and external pages

When you choose Share, the selected content is passed to the app or service you select. That recipient handles it under its own privacy terms. The Android app includes internet permission for the managed terms/privacy page. If an external page is opened, its hosting service may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and browser details. The offline core does not require that page.

Android backup

Android backup is enabled in this build. Depending on your device and account settings, the operating system may include app data in its backup or device-transfer service. Those services are controlled by your operating-system provider and your settings.

Permissions and device access

This version does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location or health sensors. Sound and haptic feedback, where provided, use local device output; they do not record audio.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them through the available app controls, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall it. Operating-system backups may have separate retention controls. The developer cannot remotely read or delete your local app data.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the app changes. Effective date: 4 October 2026. Developer: M2M1 Tech. Contact: development@m2m1.sbs.
